Once you enroll online, and your payment has been processed, your order will be submitted to the school director. You will receive a call on the next business day to arrange pick up or shipping of your welcome kit and materials which include:

Real Estate iSchool DVD’s - These are DVD's with MP4 files that are to be played on your computer or your IPOD.

      Real Estate Principles, Practices and Ethics
      Law and Regulations
      Modern Real Estate Practice – Dearborn

  2. An extensive welcome kit with information on taking the course, practice testing, steps required for the Nevada Real Estate Exam, frequently asked questions, schedules and more.

Once you receive your materials, you may begin your study. When you feel you are ready, and achieving a passing rate of 85% or better on your practice tests, you may contact the school director to schedule your school exam.  If you are not in Nevada at that time, an arrangement will be made to give you the ability to test at home by setting up a Proctor with the school. You will want to get your fingerprinting and background check done as soon as possible.
