Nevada Real Estate Course Information

Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Law - 90 Hours

This is the basic pre-licensing course and is designed to and approved for preparation of candidates for the Nevada Real Estate License examination. Topics include Contracts, Agency, Fundamentals of Valuation and Appraisal, Fundamentals of Finance, Governmental Regulations and Control of Land Use and Ownership, Title and Vesting, Real Estate Principals, Practice and Nevada Real Estate Law. The course is provided in a variety of formats allowing students to complete in 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on the schedule selected.

Real Estate Law and Ethics – 45 Hours

This course is designed for those individuals who have partially met the educational requirements for an original salesperson’s license in Nevada with courses from another state. Topics include Governmental Regulations, titles and Vesting and Nevada Real Estate Law and relevant Nevada Real Estate Regulations.

Price: $295.00, includes all materials and Nevada Post-secondary enrollment fee.

Nevada State Real Estate Law and Regulations - 18 Hours

This course is designed for those individuals who have met the educational requirements for an original salesperson’s license in Nevada with courses from another state. These candidates are required to have 18 hours in Nevada License Law.

Price: $175.00, includes all materials and Nevada Post-Secondary enrollment fee.

Examination Preparatory Course:

This is a two day complete review of subjects and concepts a candidate will likely encounter when taking the Nevada Real Estate Licensing Examination. It is open to all Real Estate Licensing Candidates regardless of the real estate school attended. The course is offered monthly. Contact the School for offering dates and reservations.

Price: $199.00, includes two custom texts prepared especially for this review.

NOTE: This is not a “for credit” course and does not serve to provide Pre-licensing, Post-licensing, or Continuing Education Credit.

Nevada Post-licensing Course: “Destination Success” – 30 Hours

This is the required course of instruction for all original licensees licensed after January 1, 2006. It is presented either as a 30 hour program, or may be taken in 9 separate modules. It is recommended that the School be contacted in the first two weeks of the month for scheduling and module information. reservations.

Price: $229.00 if taken as the 30 hour package course, or $45.00 per module. Includes all materials and the Nevada Post-Secondary enrollment fee.

Correspondence Courses (At-Home Study)

For students with varied schedules many of our courses are available via correspondence. Some correspondence courses include the ability to attend the live classroom presentations. Correspondence students have full access to our instructors to assist in areas of the material in which the student is having difficulty. It is recommended that the School be contacted regarding Correspondence Study programs.
