You may start classes at any time, and may complete the 90 hour Pre-licensing course in as few as 10 days.

Enrollment procedure:

Enrollment is done at our Henderson Campus, 4300 E. Sunset Road, suite D-1, Henderson, NV. Our Student Coordinators are available to assist in enrollment between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Real Estate School of Nevada is an Equal Opportunity in Education facility. Applying students should possess basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills to achieve to their full personal potential.

Who Should Take the Course?

The School’s Pre-licensing courses are essential for the prospective real estate professional. Each of the Pre-licensing courses has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division and the Nevada Real Estate Commission as a part of a candidate’s qualifications for licensing.

In addition to forming a part of the Real Estate Licensing program, each of our courses provides practical instruction and would be useful to anyone planning a career in real estate related fields such as banking, title insurance, escrow or appraisal.

Persons who are, or wish to become private investors in residential, commercial or other income producing properties will find the courses we offer both informative and productive in their endeavors.
